IP DECT NEC
NEC IP DECT system is an ideal solution for larger companies, where employees move over all the site and want to be always accessible by phone. Wireless DECT phones connect by radio with DECT systems, and the DECT systems connect with IP-PBX via company's LAN network.

System requirements
To create a communication system based on IP DECT NEC solution you need:
- Platan IP-PBX (Micra, Sigma, Optima, Delta) with Platan VoIP card or PBX Server Libra
- DECT system with feeder connected through LAN network to Platan IP-PBX or PBX Server
- DECT handsets subscribed to DECT system
- software with PARI number indispensable to launch the whole system (works in Windows XP environment)
Key information
- you can subscribe up to 25 DECT handsets to each DECT system
- each DECT system (base station) allows you to make 11 simultaneous calls (with two DECT systems it will be 22 simultaneous calls). The maximum number of simultaneous calls depends on the number of VoIP channels supported by IP-PBX or PBX Server.
- you may use up to 255 DECT systems in large sites
- number of DECT handets within the whole system depends on the number of VoIP subscribers in IP-PBX or PBX Server.
